Things to Do
To enjoy the area's lush woodland terrain in full, Crawford Park has everything needed to share a beautiful day outside. The 36-acre land features winding paths, a well-upkept play area, and a much-loved picnic pavilion, all centered around a stately mansion. There, Rye Brook hosts musical events and other gatherings, giving locals even more excuse than they need to enjoy the communal village feel.
Pine Ridge Park features sporting grounds and a unique playground, and you'll often find sledders taking advantage of the impressive hill in the winter, making it the perfect site for the Rye Brook Winterfest as well. In the warmer months, Pine Ridge Park also hosts Movie Night at the Park.
Most notably, locals look forward to Rye Brook's annual birthday party in Crawford Park. This is a popular event for families, as kids can enjoy bumper cars, rides, an obstacle course, bounce houses, giant swings, face painting, and much more.
Another renowned community event is the Rye Brook Carnival, an exciting three-day event on King Street, where a huge number of rides, games, vendors, and entertainment options turn the community into a veritable amusement park.
