Andrew was the broker we used to sell our house and buy another house (both in Rye Brook). We could tell right away that Andrew was not your typical broker who was just looking to make a quick sale. He continually pointed things out (both good and bad) when we were looking at houses. It was obvious that he wanted us to make the most informed, best decision for us one that my wife and I would be happy with. We never got the feeling that he was trying to pressure us. He was always accessible and available. He’s a high-character person who conducts himself with integrity. We felt like we were his most important client. He did an awesome job negotiating for us on both houses. We had no idea how negotiations worked and just followed his advice. It couldn’t have worked out better for us.
I came to know Andrew as my neighbor in Rye Brook and have always liked and respected him. He is a devoted family man with high values and a fantastic, easygoing personality. When it came time to sell, he was the only one I contacted. He is by far the easiest broker I have ever dealt with. He understood my point of view immediately. He respected my wishes and worked tirelessly to make the right moves for me. I never felt like I have in the past (that his only concern was a way to a fast commission). He knows the market, understands the other side of a transaction, and works to bring the parties together, just like it should be. I wish more people were as honest, understanding, intelligent, and informed as Andrew. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a prize!
What I liked best about working with Andy is he listened to what we were looking for in a home and what our realistic budget was. He didn’t waste our time showing us things that weren’t on our checklist. He was never pushy. By listening to us and being so entrenched in the local area, he was able to find us a home that hit just about every mark on our wish list and made the process fun and efficient. Going forward there is no other agent I would rather work with.
